Subscription Terms

Haus Arena Pro plans may be billed monthly or yearly through Stripe or another payment provider. The selected plan, billing cycle, recurring price, promotion, tax treatment, and checkout provider are shown before checkout or in the payment provider's checkout flow.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid plans renew automatically until canceled. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your saved payment method for the selected plan and billing cycle, plus applicable taxes and fees.

Promotional discounts may apply only to the first invoice, first promotional period, or stated number of billing cycles. After the promotion ends, the subscription renews at the then-current disclosed recurring price unless canceled.

Promotions may be subject to eligibility rules, expiration dates, usage limits, or Stripe promotion-code configuration.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal or other cancellation method we make available in the product.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges, unused periods, completed lead purchases, wallet usage, or completed transactions unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.

If we materially change recurring subscription pricing, plan terms, renewal cadence, or cancellation procedures, we will provide notice where required before the change takes effect.

Plan upgrades, downgrades, proration, taxes, failed payments, retry behavior, and subscription status may be handled by Stripe and platform billing rules.

Lead wallet top-ups are separate payment transactions used for lead-related platform activity.

If auto-refill is enabled, you authorize Haus Arena and its payment processor to charge your saved payment method for the selected refill amount whenever your lead balance reaches the selected threshold. You can turn auto-refill off before future refill attempts.
